Blue Tick Verification

Pay ₹50 via UPI to request the blue tick on your profile. Tapping "Pay" opens your UPI app (Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm) directly — once you've completed the payment there, come back and tap "I've completed the payment" to send your request to the admin for review.

Note: this app can't independently verify a UPI payment, so tapping the button above only submits your request — an admin reviews it and grants (or declines) the blue tick from the admin panel.

Two-factor authentication

Set a 4–6 digit PIN. Once enabled, you'll need to enter it every time you log in, in addition to your password.

Deactivate account temporarily

Your profile, posts and reels will be hidden until you log back in — logging in again automatically reactivates your account.

When your account is private, only your followers can see your posts and reels.

Turn this off and no one will see "Active now" / "Active X ago" next to your name.

When someone screenshots a chat with you, you'll get a notification — only if this is on. Best-effort only: this can only catch the PrintScreen key on Windows. It cannot detect screenshots on Mac, Android, or iPhone, or screen recordings — there's no way for any website to reliably do that.

Blocked users

People you've blocked can't message you or see your posts.

Comments

Choose who can comment on your posts and reels.

Limit interactions

When on, only accounts you already follow can comment on your posts or start a new chat with you.

Hidden Words

Comments on your posts containing any of these words are hidden automatically (only you stop seeing them — nothing is deleted).

Muted accounts

Their posts and reels stop showing up for you — they aren't told, and they can still message you or see your posts (unlike blocking).

Favorites

Posts and reels from these accounts are shown higher up in your Home feed.

Like and share counts

Hide the number of likes on your posts and reels from everyone but you.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get the blue tick?

Pay ₹50 via UPI from the "Blue Tick Verification" section above and submit your request — an admin reviews it and grants it. You can also unlock it for free by referring 12 friends who join with your referral link, or by redeeming 1200 coins.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Use "Forgot password" on the login screen to reset it via email. If you signed up with Google and never set a password, just continue logging in with the Google button, or email us to set one up.

I forgot my two-factor authentication PIN.

Email us at officialpichat@gmail.com from the address linked to your account and we'll have an admin reset it, so you can log in and set a new one.

Someone is sending me inappropriate messages or content.

You can block them from their profile, or leave/report a group from its Group info screen. For urgent safety concerns, email us with the username and details and we'll take action.
